Terms of Service

These terms cover the Fumetsu website at fumetsu.cc, the Fumetsu desktop application, and the Limited and Premium plans. By creating an account, installing the application or buying Premium you agree to them.
The software
Fumetsu changes Windows, driver, display, input, audio and network settings on your own computer. It records the original values before changing anything and can put them back. It does not read or write game memory, inject into game processes or modify game files. It is provided to you under a personal, non-transferable licence for your own devices.
Accounts
An account is needed to use the application. You are responsible for keeping your password and licence key private. One licence may be registered on any number of your own devices, but only one session can run at a time. Sharing, reselling or publishing a licence key, or redistributing the application, is not allowed; Premium downloads carry a mark that identifies the licence they were issued to.
Limited and Premium
Limited is free and requires an account verified in our Discord. It is granted for a limited period, which referrals and the creator programme can extend. Premium is sold as one-time packages of 30 days, 150 days or lifetime. Packages do not renew automatically and nothing is charged again unless you buy again. Buying while Premium is active adds the new days to the time you have left. "Lifetime" means for as long as Fumetsu is offered as a product.
Payments
Payments are taken by third-party processors on their own hosted pages and under their own terms: ePayVista (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through its partners, or USDC/USDT stablecoins) and, where offered, Crossmint (card). Fumetsu never receives your card number or your wallet keys. Prices are shown in US dollars; your card issuer or the processor may add fees or currency conversion.
Game rules and anti-cheat
Each game publisher sets its own rules. Fumetsu works outside the game, but you are responsible for checking that using it is allowed in the games and competitions you take part in. We are not affiliated with Valve, Riot Games, Electronic Arts or any other publisher.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass licensing, tamper with the application, abuse the API, or use the service to break the law. We may suspend or revoke a licence that is used this way; a licence revoked for abuse is not refunded.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided as is. Performance gains depend on your hardware, drivers and games, and are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; purchases are governed by the version in force when they were made.
