Privacy Policy

This page lists the data Fumetsu actually stores. We do not sell personal data and do not run advertising trackers.
Account
Your username, a salted password hash (never the password itself), your licence key, plan and expiry, and the invite code used for referrals.
Licensing and devices
To enforce one running session per licence we store hashed device identifiers, the device label your application reports, session start and heartbeat times, and a hashed IP address. Session and device records are deleted after 30 and 90 days of inactivity.
Downloads
Each download is marked so a leaked copy can be traced. We store the mark, the time, a hashed IP address and the browser user agent.
Discord
If you verify through Discord we store your Discord user id, the link to your Fumetsu account and whether you are still a member of the server.
Application diagnostics
The application can upload a session log and a short summary after a run or a crash, so we can see what failed. Logs are tied to your licence. Summaries expire after 30 days; the raw log files are kept only while they are needed to diagnose problems.
Payments
We store, per order: the package, amount, payment provider, the provider's order reference and status, and the dates it was paid, applied or refunded. The payment processor (ePayVista, or Crossmint where it is offered) handles the payment itself - including any email address or card or wallet details you give them - under their own privacy policies.
Infrastructure
The site and API run on Cloudflare, which processes requests (including IP addresses) to deliver and protect the service.
Your choices
You can ask us in our Discord to export or delete your account data. Deleting an account ends its licence. Order records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep sales records.
