Refund Policy

We want Premium to be worth it. If it does not work for you, this is how refunds work.
Try Limited first
Limited is free and runs on the same install. Please check that Fumetsu works on your machine before buying.
7-day refund
Any Premium package can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if Premium does not work on your computer and our support in the Discord cannot fix it. Open a ticket with your username and the order date.
What a refund does
A refund removes the Premium time that purchase added. If it was your only running Premium purchase, your account goes back to the plan and expiry it had before you bought.
How the money comes back
Payments made through Crossmint are refunded to the same card; your bank may take several business days to show it. Payments made through ePayVista settle to us in stablecoins whichever way you paid - card, Apple Pay or crypto - so they are refunded in USDC to a wallet address you give us, less the network fee for sending it.
Not refunded
Purchases older than 7 days, licences revoked for breaking the terms, and requests where the key has been shared or resold.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a card payment - we usually resolve it faster. We may remove the Premium time that a disputed payment granted.
